Refund Policy

Refund Policy

FaceTicket would like to inform you of its refund policy to serve as an agreement and establish an understanding regarding the use of the FaceTicket web application service, as follows: 1. Service users must fully attach proof of payment and specify the Booking ID, or attach the FaceTicket, as supporting evidence for the refund request, and send it to support@faceticket.net or Official Line @faceticket. 2. Cancellation and Refunds For cancellation of tickets sold 2-12 months in advance of the scheduled usage date, such as festivals, concerts, monthly or annual activities, etc.:

  • 90% refund of the paid amount for cancellations made more than 45 days before the service date.
  • 50% refund of the paid amount for cancellations made 16-45 days before the service date.
  • No refund is possible for cancellations requested within 1-15 days before the service date.

*** Festival tickets provided by CAD use the specific terms outlined on the festival details page. For cancellation of tickets sold 1-2 months in advance of the scheduled usage date, for services available daily or weekly, such as Kantoke dinners, Night Safari zoo tickets, etc.:

  • 90% refund of the paid amount for cancellations made more than 15 days before the service date.
  • 50% refund of the paid amount for cancellations made 4-14 days before the service date.
  • No refund is possible for cancellations requested within 1-3 days before the service date.

3. Service Fee Refund Period Details:

  • In case the user made a full payment via credit card/debit card/Internet Banking, the refund will be processed back to the credit card/debit card/account number used by the user for payment. The process takes approximately 15-30 working days, depending on the terms and conditions of the user’s issuing bank.

4. FaceTicket will not charge a service fee and will only process a full refund in the following cases:

  • In cases where the service provider cancels or suspends the service.
  • In cases arising from force majeure (System Error) that may occur.

5. FaceTicket reserves the right to exceed the specified refund period if a force majeure event occurs. 6. FaceTicket reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.
