Refund Policy

Refund Policy

FaceTicket informs the refund policy to create an agreement and understanding regarding the use of the FaceTicket web application services as follows:

1. Users must provide proof of payment and specify the Booking ID or attach FaceTicket for complete refund evidence. Send it to support@faceticket.net or Official Line @faceticket.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of tickets sold in advance 2-12 months before the event date (e.g., festivals, concerts, monthly or yearly events):

  • A 95% refund of the amount paid when canceled more than 30 days before the service date.
  • A 50% refund of the amount paid when canceled 7-29 days before the service date.
  • No refunds are possible if canceled 1-6 days before the service date.

Cancellation of tickets sold in advance 1-2 months before the event date for daily or weekly services (e.g., theme parks, night safari):

  • A 95% refund of the amount paid when canceled more than 15 days before the service date.
  • A 50% refund of the amount paid when canceled 4-14 days before the service date.
  • No refunds are possible if canceled 1-3 days before the service date.

3. Refund Processing Time Details

  • In case users have paid the full amount via credit/debit cards or Internet Banking, the refund will be processed back to the respective credit/debit card or bank account used for payment, within approximately 15-30 working days, depending on the user’s bank’s conditions.

4. FaceTicket will not charge any service fees and will only process refunds in the following cases:

  • When the service provider suspends/cancels the service.
  • In cases of force majeure (system errors) that may occur.

5. FaceTicket reserves the right to refuse refunds beyond the specified time frame in case of force majeure.

6. FaceTicket reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice.
